PURIFOY CHEVROLET FAST 16 FINELINE 16 MADCAP RACING ENGINES QUICK 16
The quickest and fastest drag racing series in the Rocky Mountain area! * Racers must become a Bandimere Speedway Registered Racer to compete in these classes. * Points in the series will be awarded as follows: 100 attendance points per event entered, 101 points per round won, qualifying bonus points: 4 points - #1-4, 3 points - #4-8, 2 points - #9-12, 1 point - #13-16, bonus points for event finish: 4-win, 3-runner-up, 2-semi-finals, 1-quarter-finals, 1 bonus point for “track records�. Broke before 1st round ‘qualifiers’ receive 100 attendance points and round 1 money. Alternate gets no qualifying points, and payout begins in round 2. * Electronics permitted. Cross Talk Tree class. Timed throttle stops prohibited. * Fast 16 is open to open-wheel & center steer vehicles only. Quick 16 is open to door-cars only. * 0.500 full tree, dial-your-own eliminations, breakout rules apply. * Competitors must dial-in between 6.00 - 8.50 in the Fast 16, and 6.00 - 9.40 in the Quick 16. * Quickest 16 qualifiers placed on a Sportsman ladder for round one, in Fast & Quick classes. * Fineline 16 class is the quickest 16 non-qualifiers combined from the Fast 16 and Quick 16. All class rules carry over, with payouts based on field size. Fineline 16 run at 7 events. l Fineline 16 racers may earn class points in the Fast 16 or Quick 16, if they are #13-#16 qualifiers in the Fast or Quick classes. Fast/Quick racers will not earn points in Fineline 16. * Quicker qualified vehicle receives lane choice in all rounds. * Alternates will be placed into the Fast, Quick, and Fineline programs, provided there are non-qualified cars in that days entire program. Alternates will be placed into the broke/opened position on the ladder in each class. Alternates will be placed into the Fast, Quick, and Fineline fields with the next qualified driver. * All vehicles must be prepared to start at the direction of the designated track official. * All vehicles must meet all requirement for the ET they are running, PLUS, all must have braided steel transmission lines w/ AN fittings, and approved lower engine containment device. * All Quick 16 entries will have a five-pound fire-extinguisher system, and on cars that utilize nitrous or supercharged must have a min 4� diameter opening adjacent to the driver window. * All vehicles must be clean and painted to participate. Racemaster is final judge.. * Trophies to winner and runner-up. Monetary payouts via mail.
