Run in conjunction with the Quaker State E.T. Series, the ATS Diesels on the Mountain event is a diesel pick-up race class. A diesel products midway will be in place, as well.
Several exhibition vehicles will run on both Saturday and Sunday.
Gates Open at 7:30 am, Time trials at 9 am.
* Diesel truck are recommended to have an exhaust turnout that directs the smoke up and/or rearward. This is to prevent 'fogging' of the timing system, as well as keeping the soot off the track workers and signage. Excessive 'smokers' that are not attempting to redirect may be DQ'd. Exhaust modification are required for Bandimere registered racers.
****The diesel truck pull event is a private event hosted by the NSPA, and sponsored by ATS Diesel Performance. This event is located in the lower lot, between Bandimere Speedway and Conoco. The NSPA is scheduled to begin at 5 pm. Check out www.NSPApulling.com for event details.
Four classes will be available to pullers including: Work Stock, Street, Super Street, and Modified. Class winners will receive both cash prizes and product rewards with this years prize purse totaling over $5000! Come out to the event to pull your truck or just view the action from the stands. NSPA members hook fee will be $20 per hook. Non-NSPA members will be $30 for one day membership fee plus $20 per hook. Please be prepared to pull with a clevis-style hitch and have truck set up based on the posted rules from the link below.
